Intravascular Lymphoma (IVL) is a rare, fatal disease, often presenting with neurological deficits. Here we describe 2 patients initially diagnosed with recurrent atherosclerotic cerebral infarction followed by accurate diagnosis of IVL by positron emission tomography with fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG-PET). |
